For over a decade in the real estate industry, Michelle has gained a wealth of experience that she has combined with her passion for excellence to create an award-winning property management formula.
As a fully licensed real estate agent and having already founded a successful real estate business, Michelle understands the in’s and out’s of how to run a smooth and efficient office. However, with this experience under her belt she identified a way to do things even better. Michelle believes in rewarding clients for their loyalty and for placing trust in her. Ensuring that these management principles are fostered by all property managers at Just Rent Sydney creates a highly productive and successful agency.
Michelle knows that communication is the key to a successful relationship with her clients and aims to make every interaction as smooth and hassle-free as possible. No matter what the challenge being faced, Michelle moves quickly to provide a solution without causing any undue strain on everyone involved. This combination of talents saw Michelle presented with the NSW Real Estate Institute award Winner for Excellence in Property Management in 2007 and 2009. She is also currently a finalist for the REIA national award 2010. These prestigious awards were assigned to her for her passion for treating all clients in an outstanding manor, whilst striving for change and improvement within the industry itself.
Michelle has a reputation for being a straight-forward and highly motivated property manager, however, it is Michelle’s friendly nature and her natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life combined with her professionalism, that keeps her clients so satisfied. Karina Hyde

Having worked in both Property Management and Real Estate Sales over the past two years, Karina has gained a wealth of knowledge and a great eye for detail.
She chose to join the Just Rent Sydney team because of the fact that she is working for a company that pride themselves on excellence in Property Management. Karina enjoys her work, loves meeting new people and achieving excellent results for her clients.

Bernie Galletti
Property Valuer
Bernie brings to Just Rent Sydney over 32 years of property experience. He is a licensed real estate, strata managing agent and registered real estate valuer in NSW and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. He has a Masters Degree in Land Economics and has lectured in property valuation, sales/marketing and property development at TAFE and University.
His extensive knowledge and experience in the property industry offers Just Rent Sydney's clients valuation and property consultancy advisory services for the complete management of their property investment - residential, commercial and industrial assets.

Dave Limburg
Marketing and Business Manager
Dave brings a wealth of knowledge to Just Rent Sydney, offering business development services, marketing expertise and IT support.
With a wide knowledge of the real estate market in Sydney, Dave is an asset to the team. He is actively involved in the rental market, constantly monitoring the market and ensuring that every client's rental returns are optimised.
A broad understanding of the internet and online marketing ensures that all Just Rent Sydney's properties are heavily promoted and exposed, resulting in quick rental turnarounds and lower vacancy rates.
