Just Rent Sydney's Director and head property manager, Michelle Galletti this week received the good news that she was voted a finalist in the Real Estate Institute of NSW's property manager of the year.
Each year the Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW) endeavours to find and award the best real estate agents in their given fields. This year, Michelle Galletti was voted a finalist in the field of property management.
The REINSW runs the award process each year in all fields of Real Estate. The criteria for selection involves complying with all the necessary operational guidelines as set out by REINSW including; abiding by the Real Estate code of ethics, offering all customers a guarantee of service and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Michelle Galletti, Director and head property manager at Just Rent Sydney is a previous winner of the award. Based in Annandale in Sydney's inner west property market, believed to be one of the busiest in NSW. Michelle recognised that there was a need for a more specialised property management service. "Having worked in the area for many years i saw the need for a more involved management style. I found that investment owners were getting fed up with mainstream real estate agencies not looking after their clients and their investment properties. Most have an ulterior motive to try and sell the house or unit in the future. We focus only on leasing, making sure that owners get the best service.
Michelle has been operating as a property manager in inner west Sydney for over 9 years. She worked for a couple of firms in the area, growing her skills and understanding of the property industry before making her move to start her own specialised company, just Rent Sydney, offering a unique rental service. Just Rent Sydney exclusively looks after rental properties, no sales. Operating under this unique form of property management, Michelle was recognised as offering an exemplary service. And the REINSW awarded her as a finalist in the coveted 'Award for Excellence' in property management.
Michelle, a previous winner of this award, was elated to be nominated as a finalist again. "I am very excited about this award. It is fantastic to have my efforts recognised. The vision was to offer a better service for investment owners and this nomination validates that we are achieving that".
