A desire to deliver the results, exceed expectations and to grow her own reputation as a career orientated, reliable property manager brought the change.
A clear business plan is in place for Just Rent Sydney, Michelle's Inner West based business and being an online dedicated Property Management business that is at the forefront. Already growing faster than expected, the business is now seven months old and exceeding Michelle's expectations. The location of the company is no longer relevant as property's are basically short listed online before a tenant views them so the strike rate is high. "Now days a broader business opportunity exists because our website is our shop front and we can reach people anywhere, at anytime.”
In control of her own business means for Michelle she can deliver on the expectations of her owners and this means a business relationship actually has a chance of survival and more importantly growth.
